Ordered iron on transfers for my daughter and her friends Halloween custom's  when I received the package one transfer had a misprint in it. I called the company and they asked to see what it looked like with a camera or to scan it in to show them so the mistake would not happen again.They apologized for the overlook on the transfer. Once I sent them a photo I had another transfer in my hands within the week. No extra shipping cost did not ask to have the misprinted shipped back. I will be sure to return Thank you Peggy

I was in search for some sew in fabric sheets and all they had listed was iron on transfers. I contacted the company and within a few days they had listed some sew in fabric sheets. I received my order within 14 days and was happy with the purchase. All my questions and concern's were answered and I was kept up to date on the entire processing of my order. I was looking to decorate my laptop and emailed this company to see if it was possible to do. They emailed me back and was able to do it. Asked me what design I wanted and how big. Shipping was a little slow took 18 days from my purchase time. But I understand that they processed and shipped my item within their 7 business days (not including the weekend time) than it took UPS ground another 9 days to get the item to me. Cause I am on the otherside of US from them. Not the companies fault for the shipping delay. I did not know this until after I read their processing and shipping time pages.
